Nexus Action is an open collective shaped and owned by its Community. Across regions and sectors, individuals come together as frontline practitioners, knowledge producers, policymakers, and changemakers connected by a shared commitment to systems thinking, collaboration, and action.

Our Principles

The Nexus Action principles originated from a co-created set of principles developed by participants of the 2024 Montpellier Gathering. They guide both the Nexus Action collective and our wider community engagement processes.

Nexus Action Gardeners

The Gardeners curate Nexus Action, supported by their home institutions but operating independently of institutional branding. This ensures the process remains an open, collectively owned effort. All Gardeners commit to the shared principles and values of Nexus Action.

The Nexus Action Gardening Team currently is composed of 8 gardening organisations and 10 individuals who have generously contributed in-kind resources to ensure the progress and program of Nexus Action.
